Jai Gurudev,Bhai ji , you told chant "om hroum" while in doing sadhana. 1)So do we have to chant 1 mala before every sadhana or after sadhana.2) If we are not doing any sadana even then we have to do chant om hroum ?
dear brother, yes you can chant one mala only just before any sadhana. and if you are not doing any sadhana and just doing puja than you can chant also . no problem.
